These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tookit, operated by Tookit LLC. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Tookit is

Tookit is a reminder and notification service. It sends medication reminders by text message and automated phone call, and can alert an emergency contact if you do not respond.

What Tookit is not

Tookit is not a medical service, medical device, or healthcare provider, and it does not provide medical advice. It is not a substitute for medical care, emergency services, or professional supervision. In a medical emergency, call 911.

Payment terms

$2.99 per month, billed after your 7-day free trial.
A credit or debit card is required to continue after the trial. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellation takes effect the same day — no further charges or reminders are sent after you cancel.
No refunds are provided for partial months already charged.

Communication consent

By signing up, you agree to receive automated text messages and phone calls from Tookit at the number you provide, including reminders and emergency alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting support.

Limitation of liability

Tookit is not liable for missed doses, health outcomes, or the failure of any connected service to deliver a reminder. Technology can fail. Tookit is a supplemental tool, not a guarantee.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
