To run the reminder service, we collect:

Phone number (the number that receives reminders)
Email address
Reminder times and your timezone
Emergency contact name and phone number(s)

What we do not collect

Tookit does not store or disclose any medication names. We store contact information and reminder preferences only. We never see your card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe.

How we store your information

Your information is stored securely in cloud-based systems. Phone numbers and emergency contact details are encrypted in storage. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe, and never touches our servers.

How we share information

Tookit may share user data with trusted third-party partners in order to operate the service, including but not limited to payment processors (Stripe), communication providers (Twilio), and automation platforms used to deliver reminders. We may also share data with future partners such as pharmacies, healthcare providers, or research organisations.

You will be informed of any new categories of data sharing through an updated version of this policy. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you cancel and request deletion, we delete your personal data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time through our contact form. You may opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any text.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
