Tookit sends medication reminders via text and automated phone call. It is not a substitute for emergency services. In a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Tookit's emergency contact alerts are a courtesy notification only. They are not guaranteed to be delivered in real time and must not be relied upon as the sole safety measure for any individual.
Reminders and alerts depend on third-party networks (mobile carriers, Twilio, and others) that Tookit does not control. Delivery can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control.
By signing up, you acknowledge that Tookit is a supplemental reminder service only, and that it does not replace medical care, professional supervision, or emergency response.
